Welcome to the Nashville Codecademy Chapter

We are learners of all levels and interest areas. This chapter was started to provide a place to meet and network with local developers/data scientists/UX designers/product and project managers and more! Our goal is to learn from each other and share our passion for software and hardware, and create a local environment that is open and welcoming in our community. This is a friendly space for all kinds, from people who are just now starting to consider joining the tech community to those of you who have been doing this for 20+ years.

Who can join?

This group is open to everyone! We are located in the heart of downtown Nashville and typically meet at the iHeartRadio offices at 1200 Broadway, but we also have smaller meetings around town at coffee shops and bars, and the like! We welcome members from around the world for all of our virtual events as well. 

This chapter might be for you if: 

• You like participating in code-related events in the Nashville area
• You want to network with others in tech fields
• You want to learn and improve your programming skills and soft skills
• You are curious about how things work
• You like building things with other people

This chapter might NOT be for you if:

• You don't like making new, amazing friends
• You don't like building awesome projects
• You are bored discovering new tech and tools
• You don't think you have anything left to learn
