Merri has over 35 years experience training, beginning with the development of technical and management skills courses. She is the co-owner of Lemmex Williams Training a global leader in training with clients include IBM, American Express, Pepsi, and US Marine Corps as well as top universities such as UNC. Merri’s experience has focused on the high tech industry, clinical research and medical organizations, and government departments at all levels. In addition, she has owned and operated three businesses, and is an experienced manager in training and personnel management of large organizations. Merri holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.
