About our guest:

Cristina is on a mission to empower young professionals with the opportunity, mindset, professional skills, and confidence to succeed. She is the Founder of Cristina Costa Coaching, where she offers career coaching to job seekers, career transitioners, and entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds. Cristina offers diversity, equity and inclusion, and human resources training to organizations across the technology, nonprofit, and higher education industries. She also serves as a Community Manager at Larnell Vickers Coaching, where she is building The Career Journey -- an inclusive community that provides the resources and support to help elevate, advance, and GROW your career.

Cristina has 12+ years of experience in the technology industry and has served in various roles at companies such as PayPal, HubSpot, Drift, and Google. She was most recently a DEI Recruiter and Culture Lead for the Google Cloud and has helped 500+ job-seeking engineers secure full-time engineering roles. Cristina previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Women with Purpose, an organization that empowers, educates, and advances women of color through professional development seminars, empowerment workshops, and networking events.
