Cristina offers diversity, equity and inclusion, and human resources training to organizations across the technology, nonprofit, and higher education industries. She also serves as a Community Manager at Larnell Vickers Coaching, where she is building The Career Journey -- an inclusive community that provides the resources and support to help elevate, advance, and GROW your career. Cristina has 12+ years of experience in the technology industry and has served in various roles at companies such as PayPal, HubSpot, Drift, and Google. She was most recently a DEI Recruiter and Culture Lead for the Google Cloud and has helped 500+ job-seeking engineers secure full-time engineering roles.
